Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 200ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 10 ice cubes

Method (Serves 2)

  1. Peel the mango, remove the stone and chop it roughly.
  2. Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, put all ingredients into a blender jug.
  3. Blend at low speed for 10 seconds, then high speed for seconds.
