Goats’ Cheese, Fig And Parma Ham

Serve up something a little different and enjoy these rich flavours in one perfectly sized mouthful.

Ingredients

125g soft goat’s cheese
6 slices Parma ham
3 fresh figs
10ml olive oil
10ml honey
12 flat leaf parsley leaves
Red onion chutney

Method

Makes approx. 12

Step 1

Cut the figs in half and drizzle with the oil and honey, season and roast in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Leave to completely cool.

Step 2

Take a slice of Parma ham and cut in half length ways, place half a fig and a piece of goats’ cheese on top and roll.

Step 3

Put a little red onion chutney on top and a parsley leaf, spike with a cocktail stick and serve.
