Goats’ Cheese, Fig And Parma Ham
Serve up something a little different and enjoy these rich flavours in one perfectly sized mouthful.
- 125g soft goat’s cheese
- 6 slices Parma ham
- 3 fresh figs
- 10ml olive oil
- 10ml honey
- 12 flat leaf parsley leaves
- Red onion chutney

- Cut the figs in half and drizzle with the oil and honey, season and roast in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Leave to completely cool.
- Take a slice of Parma ham and cut in half length ways, place half a fig and a piece of goats’ cheese on top and roll.
- Put a little red onion chutney on top and a parsley leaf, spike with a cocktail stick and serve.
