Goats’ Cheese, Fig And Parma Ham

Serve up something a little different and enjoy these rich flavours in one perfectly sized mouthful.



  • 125g soft goat’s cheese
  • 6 slices Parma ham
  • 3 fresh figs
  • 10ml olive oil
  • 10ml honey
  • 12 flat leaf parsley leaves
  • Red onion chutney

Makes approx. 12

  1. Cut the figs in half and drizzle with the oil and honey, season and roast in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Leave to completely cool.
  2. Take a slice of Parma ham and cut in half length ways, place half a fig and a piece of goats’ cheese on top and roll.
  3. Put a little red onion chutney on top and a parsley leaf, spike with a cocktail stick and serve.
