Fragrant saffron infused rice is the ideal dish for any dinner party.
- 2 measures of rice
- Vegetable stock – to the 2 cup mark
- ½ bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 white onion, finely diced
- 20g peas
- 2 peppers (any colour), finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place all ingredients into the rice cooker (except the parsley) and stir well. Fit the lid and cook. Once the rice is cooked stir in the parsley.
