Saffron Rice

Fragrant saffron infused rice is the ideal dish for any dinner party.

Ingredients

2 measures of rice
Vegetable stock – to the 2 cup mark
½ bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 pinch Saffron
1 white onion, finely diced
20g peas
2 peppers (any colour), finely diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients into the rice cooker (except the parsley) and stir well. Fit the lid and cook. Once the rice is cooked stir in the parsley.
