½ a frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs cocoa powder
¼ cup unsalted peanuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, add all ingredients to the blender jug and blend until smooth.
