Green Power Smoothie
A perfect post-workout smoothie. Packed full of nutrients to boost a quick recovery to avoid those aches and pains.
- ½ avocado
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of kale
- 100g pineapple
- 100g cucumber
- 250ml coconut milk
- ½ lime

- Place the juicer attachment onto your 3 in 1 juicer and juice the kale, pineapple and cucumber into the beaker.
- Attach the citrus press to the juicer and squeeze the juice from the lime into the beaker.
- Finally, add the spinach, avocado, coconut milk and ice and use the blender attachment and blend until smooth.
