Green Tea, Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Here's how to use green tea in a smoothie.

Ingredients

1 green tea bag
¼ cup boiling water
1 tsp honey
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup almond milk

Method

Step 1

Sit the green tea bag in a mug and pour over the boiling water.

Let it sit for 3 minutes, remove the tea bag and stir in the honey.

Cool for a further 5 minutes.

Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, place all ingredients in the blender jug and blend for 30 seconds.
