Mango Lassi

A yoghurt-based drink from South Asia.

Ingredients

200ml natural yoghurt
1 ripe mango
200ml milk
2 tsp honey
10 ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Peel the mango, remove the stone and chop it roughly.

Step 2

Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, put all ingredients into a blender jug.

Step 3

Blend at low speed for 10 seconds, then high speed for seconds.
