Ingredients

½ apple, halved
1 orange, peeled and quartered
2 strawberries
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
1 handful spinach
1cm piece of ginger
Juice of ½ a lemon
10 frozen raspberries
1 cup water

Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, add all ingredients to the blender jug and blend until smooth.
