Ingredients

  • ½ apple, halved
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1cm piece of ginger
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 10 frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water

  1. Using a Russell Hobbs Jug Blender, add all ingredients to the blender jug and blend until smooth.
