4 pittas1 block haloumi2 tbsp olive oil1 tomato, slicedGreen pestoLettuce leavesMixed pepper slicesSalt and pepper to taste

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking time: 2-4 minutes

STEP 1

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the haloumi for 1-2 minutes until browned on both sides.

Place the pittas in the toaster and toast.

Cut the pittas open and fill with the haloumi, salad and pesto.
