  • 4 pittas
  • 1 block haloumi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Green pesto
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mixed pepper slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking time: 2-4 minutes

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the haloumi for 1-2 minutes until browned on both sides.
  2. Place the pittas in the toaster and toast.
  3. Cut the pittas open and fill with the haloumi, salad and pesto.
