A delicious side for anything, from sweet 'n' sour pork, to chicken tikka massala, to chilli prawns.
- 2 beakers of rice
- 1 vegetable stock pot - dissolved
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 pinch Saffron ( Turmeric will do)

- Place the rice into the bowl and fill with water to the 2 mark on the rice measurement in the bowl.
- Add the other ingredients, stir thoroughly, then close the lid and select the rice option.
- When the water has been absorbed the machine will beep. If the rice is not quite done, leave a few minutes with the lid closed to continue to steam.
